Beau Peterson, CPA
Beau grew up in Texas before joining the US Navy to serve as a Logistics Specialist onboard the USS George Washington (CVN 73), forward-deployed (stationed) in Yokosuka, Japan. He is a graduate of University of La Verne, receiving his Bachelors in Accounting and Management with Summa Cum Laude honors.
Beau is a Certified Public Accountant, licensed in California, with experience at one the most prestigious Big 4 accounting firms, Deloitte. Upon, receiving his CPA license, Beau made a career change to pursue his passion of Commercial Real Estate. Beau is also a license Real Estate Agent, and specializes in Office & Industrial spaces. He really enjoys working with people, and as a US Navy veteran, Beau strives to create synergy and build lasting relationships between business and the communities they serve. Investors love to talk strategy with Beau for future planning, taxes, and investments.
Chantel Aguilar
Chantel is a graduate of Cal Poly Pomona, receiving her Bachelors in Finance with an emphasis in Real Estate. Chantel is a licensed California real estate agent, skilled in negotiation, sales, leasing, and investment property analysis.
